engineering and technology that traditionally have been ignored by space systems
engineers. These include micro-consumer electronics and medical devices as well
as newly emerging fields such as Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) and
nanotechnology. We look for ways to incorporate these and other technologies
into the aerospace systems of the future. We have just signed a
memorandum of understanding to provide engineering support for microgravity
experiments using parabolic flights from Kennedy Space Center, see
